Plan eligibility

A compatible, carrier-unlocked device is required. Selected plan coverage, data allowance, activation trigger and validity apply. Data-only plans do not supply a local phone number or standard voice/SMS service.

100% refund guarantee

Changed your plans? Get a full refund for an unused, unactivated eSIM plan that has not expired. Installation alone does not disqualify a plan unless it triggers activation. Check your plan’s activation rule before installing.

If a plan is faulty and we cannot resolve the connection problem on a compatible, unlocked device, we will refund it in full. Contact us first so we can help troubleshoot.

Used data, activated plans that worked as described, and expired plans are not covered by the unused-plan guarantee. Deleting an eSIM does not reset its activation or usage.

How to request a refund

Email support@upcraft.xyz or contact us with your order reference. We’ll check the plan’s status and confirm whether it qualifies for a refund.

Refunds cover the amount actually paid and return to the original payment method and currency. Your bank determines when the credit appears. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
