Once your eSIM is ready, open your order for the installation details. Connect to Wi-Fi and follow the instructions for your phone.
iPhone & Android instructions
Check your plan’s activation timing before installing. Some plans start earlier than others.
AT YOUR DESTINATION
Switch your mobile data
Select the travel eSIM for mobile data and turn on data roaming for that line. Keep data roaming off on your home line.
Keep the eSIM installed if you need help connecting.
