Your information.

OffWeGoSIM is operated by Upcraft LLC. Contact support@upcraft.xyz for service or account questions.

Information we collect

Order email, selected plan, order status, creation time and support requests are stored in the application database. Private order links grant access to your order; keep them confidential. No card details are collected by this application.

Account access

Email sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and can be used once. Signing in sets an essential, HttpOnly session cookie that lasts up to seven days; signing out revokes it. We store hashed sign-in tokens and session identifiers, your account email, and cached usage information for issued eSIMs.

External services

Stripe handles card payments. Live fulfillment sends necessary order information to the selected eSIM supplier. Transactional email delivery uses Resend. Destination photography and fonts may load from external providers.
